Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products or services from our website.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not place an order.

Our Products and Services
We supply:
Digital downloads (e.g. guides, templates, calendars).
Online workshops, webinars, or group sessions.
Business strategy and consulting services (1:1 or group).
All descriptions and prices are correct at the time of publishing. We may update them at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.
Ordering Process
Orders are placed via our website.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is received.
No contract exists until we confirm acceptance of your order.
Price and Payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We use secure third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered by email or direct download link after payment.
By purchasing, you agree that digital products are for personal business use only and must not be copied, shared, or resold.
Once a digital product has been delivered, you do not have the right to cancel or request a refund (Consumer Contracts Regulations exemption for digital content).
Workshops and Services
Workshop places are confirmed once payment is received.
If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, no refund will be given unless we can resell your place.
If we cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a refund or transfer to another date.
For 1:1 services or consulting:
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
If you cancel a booked session with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session may be charged in full.
Your Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided remain our property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business purposes only.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, or implied terms.
We will not be liable for loss of profits, business, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, internet outages, illness).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
